Hey, I’m Amanda. I’m the founder of The Digital Crew, a serial entrepreneur, and your go-to guide for turning “where do I even start?” into “heck yes, this is working!”
I know what it’s like to chase big ideas while worrying you’re wasting time and money on things that don’t move the needle. Before moving to Vancouver Island, I ran multiple businesses and learned exactly where your time and budget should actually go.
In 2020, Steve and I started a disposal company here, right in the middle of the chaos, and built it into a thriving service-based business. That experience taught me what it really takes to stand out, attract customers, and grow—even when everything feels overwhelming.
I’ve backed hands-on experience with university programs and specialized courses, so you get both street smarts and proven know-how. But I’m not doing this alone. I’ve built a crew of talented specialists who each bring their own superpower, so you get results without the guesswork or endless frustration.
